- Firstly, take all the vegetables wash and clean in the normal water, chopped all the vegetables and 🍅 tomatoes, in a pressure cooker put all the chopped vegetables and 🍅 chopped tomatoes.
- Add chopped beetroots and cover the lid and 2 to 3 whistles on a medium flame. Chopped onion Coriander leaves and lemon 🍋.

- After that add ginger garlic paste fry until it's raw smell gone,add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, Kashmiri Lal and pav bhaji masala and mix well for 3 to 4 minute's, now add boiled grinded vegetables and mix well, add vegetables stock as per requirement, simmer for a minute to bring out the flavour of masala,add butter and Coriander leaves switch of the flame our pav bhaji is ready to eat.
