Add little salt and stir fry it for 2-3 min. Then add the capsicum. Saute it. Then add the boiled chowmine
  2. Then add soya sauce, vinegar mix it. Then add chilli and tomatoes sauce, salt, black pepper powder and the egg. Mix them well. You can also add spring onion green.
