- Cut all vegetables into long strips. Par boil Long strips of French beans.
- Heat butter in a pan. Saute Paneer strips. adding salt pepper powder and red chili powder.
Take out on a plate. - In the same pan Stir fry bell peppers, carrot strips Baby corn Strips. and parboil french beans. for 3-5min.All vegetables should be crunchy.
- Now heat oil in a pan crackle cumin seeds crush Kasuri methi and salt.
Now add finely chopped onion slit green chili slited ginger slited garlic. and saute.Add finely chopped tomato red chili powder garam masala and ketchup.
Saute properly. Now add all sauted vegetables. And toss. Now add turmeric powder red chili powder cumin corianderpowder. Mix properly. If need water adds Vegetable stock2tbsp.
Lastly, add coriander Sauted paneer. Mix it well. - Transfer to a serving plate and serve with paratha naan.
