  9. 3 teaspoon garlic ginger paste
  10. 1 teaspoon oregano
  11. 1 packet Maggi Magic Masala
  12. 2 teaspoon soya sauce
  13. 1 teaspoon vinegar
  14. 2 teaspoon sugar
  15. 1 teaspoon corn flour
  16. as needed Sesame oil
  17. to taste Salt and red chilli powder
  18. Vegetables
  19. 2 chopped onion
  20. 2 chopped capcicum
  21. 1/4 cup chopped french beans
  22. 1 chopped carrot
  23. 2 Tomatoes slice
  24. 1/2 cup chopped cauliflower

  26. 3-4 Cabbage leaves for sizzler base

Instructions to make Indo Mex Sizzler

  1. Chilli coriander leaves and capsicum crush together till paste. Heat a 1 tbsp oil in pan. Then add a onion pieces and saute it. Than add a salt and green paste stir until cook. Than add the rice stir until mix well and keep aside.
  2. Heat a 1 tablespoon oil in pan. Add the diced onion saute it and add the all vegetables one by one. Saute it till half cook. Than add a chilli, ginger, garlic paste.Stir and add the salt,sugar, oregano, maggi magic masala, soya sauce, vinegar, 1/2 cup corn flour slury one by one, Cook till thick. Add the tomato sauce mix well. Veggies sizzler sauce ready.
  3. 1 table spoon veggie sauce keep aside for topping. Add the boiled Hakka Noodles in veggis sizzler sauce and mix well.
  4. Heat a sizzler plate or nonstick skillet spread a butter and arrange the layer of cabbage leaves on plate. Arrange a green rice & noodles on cabbage.pour the butter in around the plate for sizzling & smoke flavour. Indo Mex Sizzler is ready for serve.
  5. Arrange a Indo Mex Sizzler in serving plate with finger chips. Tomato slices and sizzler sauce topping.Ready a delicious, tasty,healthy mouth watering my feverit sizzler.
