- 1 small bottle gourd
- 2 carrots

- 1 katori green peas
- 1/2 katori french beans

- 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste
- 3 onions
- 6 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoons Pav bhaji masala
- 1 tsp Degi mirch or red chilli powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 4-5 lemons
- 100 gm butter
- Pomegranate seeds for garnishing
- to taste Salt
- 1 packet Pav or According to need
Instructions to make Pav bhaji
- First boil potatoes and all the vegetables separately
- Now cut onions and tomatoes in small pieces
- Take a big wok and put some butter and add Ginger and garlic paste
- Now add onions and cook for a while,then add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Now add salt, pepper.
- Add boiled and mashed potatoes and all boiled and mashed vegetables and add some water.
- Now cook for ten minutes and add pav bhaji masala and garam masala.
- Add some more butter
- Now squeese lemon juice and garnish with onions and pomegranate seeds.
- Serve hot with buttery pavs and onions
