- 2-3 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

- Heat oil in a pan. Add paneer pieces in it. Saute for 1-2 minutes. Take it out from the pan.
- In the sams pan add butter. Saute all the vegetables and diced onion. Saute for 2 minutes. Take it out from the pan.
- In the same pan add whole cumin and whole red chilli. After few second add chopped garlic. Saute.
- Add chopped onion and chopped ginger. Cook for few minutes. Add chopped tomatoes.
- Add salt to soft the tomatoes. When tomatoes are soft add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and kasuri methi. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add little water and mix. Add tomato sauce and mix. Now add all the vegetables and paneer pieces. Mix gently. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
